This collection was originally inspired by making a Man's excuse of "Tee Time" into a Woman's excuse for a "Tea time." What would this look like? I immediately thought of an adult tea party. A place or event that women can gather, get dressed up, and be light of spirit. I figured we could swap tea for alcohol or mocktails, and swap regular cocktail dresses with cocktail glassware silhouettes. I wanted to mimic the shimmer of glass with beading and shiny taffeta. Each dress you see represents something in the female zeitgeist of 2023-24. I hope this collection makes you laugh, smile, and maybe get the girls together for a drink.
